In May of the same year, TOPRANK opened its first review program for the May 2013 Philippine Nurse Licensure Examination held simultaneously in Manila, Quezon City, Caloocan, Marikina, Bataan, Pangasinan, Dagupan, Baguio, and General Santos City. At that time, the number of enrollees for nursing was starting to decline which resulted in the decrease in the number of the students enrolling in review centers. This, however, served as a challenge than a deterrent, for TOPRANK to provide better quality review than most of its commercialized competitors.
Though the years, TOPRANK fought for its place in the dwindling review industry, by consistently producing board topnotchers and board passers. On its first year of operations, it has produced three board topnotchers. The following year, it has produced six topnotchers in December 2014. Never resting on its laurels, Toprank continuously quest for improvement and pushed itself further, until it has produced a phenomenal 16 topnotchers in the May 2015 nursing board exams. In December 2015, TOPRANK even broke its own record by producing 20 topnotchers which has never been achieved by other nursing review centers.
Adhering to its vision of becoming the top review academy of choice across different fields, TOPRANK has started to broaden its horizon by opening a review program for Radiologic Technology and Midwifery in 2014. The following year, it started to offer review programs for Medical Technology and Dentistry. Review programs for Teachers, Pharmacy and Criminology were opened in 2016. TOPRANK has excelled in the new program offerings producing four board topnotchers in the July 2016 Radiologic Technology Licensure Examination (RTLE). In the July 2017 RTLE, TOPRANK has produced the top 1 board passer and seven other board topnotchers.
In 2014, TOPRANK along with its sister company called the Institute for Continuing Career Advancement (ICCA), was invited by the Educational Attache of the Republic of Indonesia to present its review program in a seminar in Bandung, Indonesia. With an aim to be the official review provider for Indonesian nurses to take international examinations, TOPRANK worked closely with the Indonesian Nurses Association and APTIKES. Within the same year, Toprank ICCA went back to Indonesia to have a presentation in a convention of different directors and presidents of several universities all over Indonesia. In 2016, as the goal continues to materialize, Toprank-ICCA was invited twice in March and August as its management team held a series of international seminars in different colleges of nursing in Central Java
